This Notice at Collection describes the categories of personal information that SF Event Photo Inc. (“SF Event Photo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, the purposes for which we use that information, and your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers (such as name, email address, phone number, business or organization name, job title, IP address, and device/browser information)
- Internet or network activity information (such as website interactions, pages viewed, and referring URLs)
- Commercial information (such as services requested, purchased, or considered, communication history, and photo download activity)
- Inferences drawn from analytics and interactions
We do not collect sensitive personal information.
We collect personal information directly from individuals who interact with us (including people who inquire about our services, communicate with us, are copied on communications, or access or download photos), from clients who hire us and provide contact details of coworkers, vendors, or attendees, from our third-party photo delivery platform (Pixieset), and from devices automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
We collect and use personal information for the following business purposes:
- To provide and deliver our services
- To host and deliver photo galleries and authenticate gallery access
- To respond to inquiries and communicate with you
- To process transactions and manage payments
- To perform research, analytics, and service improvement
- To send marketing communications and surveys
- To support advertising and remarketing activities
- To comply with legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and to meet legal and operational requirements. Photo download logs and gallery-access information may be retained for up to 5 years, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. However, we may “share” personal information with third parties such as advertising and analytics partners (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics) for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the CPRA.
California residents have the right to request access to, deletion of, and correction of their personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. You also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.
